I was writing to thank you for changing our lives! After your help and
personalized program for our 14month old daughter, our family life has
totally changed for the better. I went from waking 4 times a night, to
having a child that puts herself to sleep and sleeps all night without my
assistance! I thought I would never sleep a full night again, and was at my
wits end when you came to our rescue. I also had to breastfeed her to sleep
for up to an hour each nap and sleeptime, it was exhausting mentally and
physically. I had read many books before ranging from the extreme no-cry
approach to total crying-it-out and I had tried them both and they did not
work and I was not comfortable with them. Then I found you, and loved your
moderate approach to working with babies (and parents!)
I had always thought my daughter had a problem with sleep, but I never
realized it wasn't that at all... she was just doing what I had taught her to
do. Every night I just prayed she would one day "grow out of it" until I
got to her 1st birthday with no signs of change and really knew something
had to be done. I only had the courage to do that with your help! Your
kind manner and coaching really gave me and my husband the confidence we
were lacking as parents. I loved your complete approach to parenting. I
have learned so much more than just how to teach Talia to sleep, I've also
learned how to approach her during feeding, playing, and just my whole day
with her. My husband and I have seen how much happier she is now and we are
too! You gave us a plan and you were there for us (even at 1am, 4am, etc)
and we couldn't have done it without you! Thank you for your amazing
expertise and caring guidance.
