We just wanted to thank you once again for giving us the skills & encouragement to help Imogen sleep through the night, sleep through to a decent hour in the morning, and go to sleep willingly.
We first sought your help in August / September last year. The results have been amazing. We are all happier and getting a wonderful night sleep.
People are always asking us about Imogen's sleeping habits. We tell them she has a midday nap every day for 1.5 to 2 hours; she goes to bed at 7pm every evening & sleeps until around 6am; and she always goes off to sleep happy. She never protests at bedtime - not even when she is sick or has had a disruptive day. The predictable response is: "Gee, you're lucky!"
We are not ashamed to admit that it has nothing to do with luck - we asked for help! We always tell people it took some sound advice and a lot of hard work & dedication to turn Imogen into a good sleeper. What we appreciate most about your methods, is that they engender mutual respect between parent & child. We are not at odds with each other but we're working together.
